Welcome to Calalta’s new registration site!

Even if you have registered with us before you will have to create a new log in

Step 1: Registering for the first time:

• Everyone has to create a new login - select ‘Login’ (top right hand corner of the page);

• Complete each section starting with ‘Family Account Login Information’ – once complete, click on ‘Continue’;

• Add your skater – if your skater already has a Skate Canada number, the number will show up momentarily, if your skater is not a Skate Canada member, the system will know that and will assign a number to your skater.

Congratulations! You now have an account on the system and your skater (s) are in! Now to registration!

Step 2: Registering your skater in a session:

• Using the filters or the search tools, find the session that works and click on ‘Register’;

• If you have more than one skater, a pop up will appear asking you to select your skater – select the right skater;

• Repeat A and B above until you have registered for all of your sessions;

Step 3: Reviewing your registration:

• Click on ‘Shopping Cart’ at the top of the page we accet the following payments

 

 

Not sure what Stage to register for?

PreCanSkate: Age 3-5 and rarely or never skater before

 

Stage 1: Age 6 or older and has limited skating experience

 

Stage 2 if your skater can do the following:

Fwd 2 foot glide

Bwd 2 foot skating/walking

Turn both clock wise and counter clock wise

 

Stage 3 if your skater can do the following:

Fwd and Bwd 2 foot to 1 foot glide on both right and left feet

Fwd 2 foot jump

 

Stage 4 if your skater can do the following:

Walking crosscuts on both right and left

Bwd push/glide sequence

Bwd 2 foot jump

 

CanSkate goes to Stage 6 but if your skater would like to move to a figure skating group program they can after they complete stage 4
